Teaching Pedagogy
My personalized approach to education, tailors teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student. I am an experienced higher ed educator and work closely with students to help them succeed. I teach various business and computer courses. Since being an community college adjunct faculty I have learned a lot of skills. I want to share my love for teaching and strategies with other educators.
The Classroom
Today the classroom can look very different. In higher education students have the ability to choose their teaching preference. Students can choose (asynchronous online, synchronous, in person, hybrid, both online/in person, and hyflex in person and online simultaneously. This helps students to create the best learning experience and flexibility to meet their personal needs. I currently teach different teaching methods and can share tips with you.
